TERMS AND POLICIES

PAYMENT TERMS

          All photoshoot sessions include a free consultation for planning and discussing outfits, styles, and answering any questions you may have.

          Payment is accepted at the time of the photoshoot, after your session.

          There is no cancelation fee for customers within 50 miles of 98607. For customers more than 50 miles from 98607, there is a $20 fee per 10 additional miles, to compensate for our travel expenses.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

          Golden Hour Studios takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional photography experience. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or client tardiness.

          Golden Hour Studios also is not liable for injuries, accidents, or any other harm sustained before, during, or after your photo session. We will never ask you to engage in anything unsafe, and any physically demanding or high-risk movements will be undertaken at the client’s own discretion.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

          All images include professional editing, including color correction and basic retouching. We do not offer extreme body modifications, unrealistic edits, or major alterations beyond natural enhancements.

          We primarily serve up tp 30 miles of the 98607 zip code. Travel outside this region may be available for an additional fee. We do not shoot in unsafe or restricted areas.

          Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe and styling, but we are happy to give suggestions!

          We strive to create a comfortable and professional environment. We will not accommodate inappropriate or unsafe requests, including but not limited to hazardous locations and high-risk poses.

          For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions and may reschedule if necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

          At Golden Hour Studios, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you book a photography session with us or visit our website.

PHOTO CONSENT & RELEASE FORM

          This form is not required, but is grately apreciated. At Golden Hour Studios, your privacy is our priority. If you do not consent to us using your photo for comercial purposes, we totally understand!

AGE REGULATIONS

          All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to their photoshoot, unless their guardian has signed our parental consent for for photography.

          All minors must have their legal parent or guardian sign any photo release forms, privacy policies, and liability disclaimer.
