PAYMENT TERMS
All photoshoot sessions include a free consultation meeting for planning and discussing outfits, styles, and answering any questions you may have.
Payment is accepted at the time of the photoshoot, after your session.
There is no cancelation fee for customers within 30 miles of 98607. Just try to let us know as soon as you can.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Golden Hour Studios takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional photography experience. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or client tardiness.
Golden Hour Studios also is not liable for injuries, accidents, or any other harm sustained before, during, or after your photo session. We will never ask you to engage in anything unsafe without consent, and any physically demanding or high-risk movements will be undertaken at the client’s own discretion.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
All images are professionally edited with color correction and natural retouching. I focus on enhancing your images while keeping them true to life, and do not offer heavy body modifications or unrealistic edits. Temporary blemishes (like acne or small marks) will be gently retouched. We primarily serve up tp 30 miles of the 98607 zip code. Travel outside this region may be available for an additional fee. We do not shoot in unsafe or restricted areas.
Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe and styling, but we are happy to give suggestions, and even props if desired!
We strive to create a comfortable and professional environment. We will not accommodate inappropriate or unsafe requests, including but not limited to hazardous locations and high-risk poses.
For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions carefully and may reschedule if necessary.
AGE REGULATIONS
All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to their photoshoot, unless their guardian has signed our parental consent form beforehand.
All minors must have their legal parent or guardian sign any photo release forms, privacy policies, and liability disclaimer.
